Getting Status on an Order
To determine the status of your
current order, please email our Customer Care Dept., and we will
strive to respond to your inquiry by the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges
At TRILOGY Scripture Songs, Inc.,
we stand behind our service, our products, and our customers. We
believe you will be thrilled with your purchase. However, if for
some reason you are not satisfied, please return the order directly
to us by following these simple steps:
- Contact our Customer Care Dept. for return authorization via
email at: info@TRILOGYscripturesongs.com
- Return the product within 7 days of receipt, and we will refund
your credit card for the amount of the item. This refund excludes
all postage, shipping and handling charges.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging and shipping
boxes, and must be in resalable and unused condition. Each product
must include the sales slip and explanation for the return.
We strongly recommend that you return the product via UPS or USPS.
If your order is damaged, please notify us promptly
by email for return authorization. We will exchange the damaged
item, or we will give you credit for another item from our online
store.

MasterCard and VISA. We also accept PayPal. If you prefer to print
out an order form and mail a check or money order, that is fine

delivery is available for next day, two-day, and ground delivery,

Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge Sales Tax on Internet
Orders shipped to a delivery destination in the State of Florida,
because we are considered a Retail Store. The Sales Tax charged
is the local Sales Tax to which the order is being shipped.

Making Changes to an Order
While placing your online order, you can easily change
the quantity of an item by going to Shop Online, and clicking on
the "Remove" link, located at the far right of the item you wish
to change.
If you have already Checked Out and the order has
